SELLERS WARRANTY TO BUYER
Seller warrants that the above described puppy has been examined by
a licensed veterinarian prior to delivery of the puppy, and was found
free of any health problems. In addition, the puppy has been given the
first set of a series of required shots and worming. This puppy is bred
as a companion animal. Although the above-described puppy may be
capable of excellence in the show ring, no warranty is provided by the
seller as to its fitness for any specific purpose. If said puppy was sold
a show quality dog and within a 12 month period of time the said dog
should have any hip or eye problems that would eliminate it from
being show quality, buyer may return the puppy to the seller for a
replacement puppy out of the next available litter with the same
quality puppy that was purchased. Buyer agrees to neuter or spay said
dog if they decide to keep it, sending a copy of the neuter/spay
certificate from the veterinarian to the seller. Should buyer decide to
return the dog, seller has the right to have an independent
veterinarian provide a second opinion on the diagnosis. At no time is
seller responsible for any veterinary bills after the dog is purchased.
The puppy shall not be bred unless it shall first (1) have been x-rayed
and certified clear of hip dysplasia by OFA or other competent
individual or organization, (2) have been certified clear of hereditary
eye disease by a canine ophthalmologist, and (3) have displayed good
herding ability, nor shall it be bred to a bitch or dog
who does not meet these same three conditions.
The Buyer shall maintain the puppy in good condition, including
adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm
preventative, good diet, and a clean and safe environment.
If at any time in its life the puppy is to be sold or given away, the
Buyer shall so notify the Seller and give the Seller first option to buy
the puppy back at a price to be decided by both seller and buyer.
BUYERS WARRANTY TO SELLER
Should the buyer decide for any reason that they cannot keep the
puppy, the seller has first right of refusal to receive the puppy back.
Seller also agrees to help the buyer find a new home for the puppy
through our web page and other contacts.
Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will they ever place the
puppy in and animal shelter or research facility and or (puppy mill).
Payment is due in full at the time the puppy is delivered. Payment
must be in the form of cash or money order, or paid direct to
www.paypal.com.
